Answers:
1. Yes. We offer payment solutions for now within our website. You can scroll down the page at the bottom and click on the green pay button to settle payments that you owe us.

2. No. Since we have just started recently our services, we have not been able to setup a service such as continued service. Although, we will be more than happy to visit such a service once it is offered to us.

3. Yes. Clean Haul Logistics, is a small company right now and we have limitations, which will be explained on a case by case basis.

4. Safety is very important to us. Which is why we cannot take on unsafe jobs, if they are hazardous, pose a health risk, location of job in an unsafe environment and overall safety can possibly get in the way of the job being completed.

5. Yes and no. Customers are always going to be the priority, but we reserve the right to at least inform the customer if they may be wrong or poorly educated on our services and/or industry.

6. Yes. Clean Haul Logistics, LLC, is a ground up company, meaning all funds starting and maintaining the business is funded by our customers and the CEO. So, we do want to accommodate as much as possible, but since we are a small company, we have limitation as of right now. This will change in the future.

7. Clean Haul Logistics, LLC has 1 piece of power equipment(Truck) for right now and as we grow, we want our customers to know what piece of equipment we have to assist their needs. Also, it is important our customers are informed what vehicle they can expect to show up and if we are capable to do the job that is asked of us.

8. No. When pricing jobs or accepting them, as a organization, we have to access the situation, time, man power, equipment, etc., when we are pricing jobs. We do not aim to be over priced, but we aim to stay in business and grow as a small business. So, we try to offer competitive rates.

9. Yes. The State of Ohio requires this, but more importantly, we need to cover unintended liabilities when working with the public. This protects us and our customers.

10. Eventually. Since we are small, expansion isn't our focus for now. But once we have received good reviews from what we are currently providing, we will evaluate the situation and decide if more services can or should be added.
